As a young mom holding a toddler in one arm and a law school textbook in the other, Diane learned that the most difficult and valuable education she would ever receive could be summed up in one word: parenthood. Three decades later, Diane has countless hours of training and education on love and rivalry thanks to her three daughters.
Diane is dedicated to sharing her experience and abilities to help guide people along a steady and productive path in her work as an estate and trust attorney and mediator. Diane has developed an expertise in helping people recognize and stay connected to their strengths and values, even as they are finding their way through some of the most difficult decisions life presents. Well-practiced at bringing a calm and caring ethic to tense communications, Diane attends to both the pragmatic and the emotional interactions arising in the course of preparing and administering wills, trusts, and related documents.
Diane earned her law degree in 1996 from University of San Francisco School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family while hiking, trail running, or just breathing fresh air and sharing good company. She is very proud to have facilitated the transformed relationship between her cat and dog: once arch-enemies, they are now friendly companions who share the comfort of the family couch.
