
Evan experienced the deeply painful loss of loved ones for the first time as a young adult. The perspective he gained through this difficult personal work inspired him to pursue a career in law to support others facing immense grief.
He has worked closely with people to find positive solutions in stressful, emotionally charged situations as court-appointed counsel in conservatorship cases and as a mediator. Evan is skilled at compassionately helping families make difficult decisions while building strong relationships.

Evan earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, and LL.M. degrees from Golden Gate University School of Law in Taxation and in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. Evan received his B.A. in Language Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, focusing on French and German.
