After years of working in management, Molly Zahner brought her enthusiasm and executive skills to a career in law. She quickly gained a solid reputation, leading some of the largest law firms to recognize her contributions and potential. Drawing from her knowledge base and developing new skills, Molly worked in a broad range of practice areas, including tax planning/controversy, employment, probate, and civil litigation.
Her communication and organizational skills make her an invaluable resource in resolving complex legal cases. Molly volunteers as a mediator to resolve conflicts in the community, and she enjoys using her negotiation skills in her daily work.
Molly’s entrepreneurial spirit, born out of witnessing her parents’ start-up of Fly Fisherman Magazine in the 60s, led her to leave the global firm arena to establish her own business. She now provides the same world-class support to solo and small law firms as the owner of Zahner Legal Support.
Molly met John O’Grady at the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Annual Conference for solo and small firms. His warm reception surprised and delighted Molly. John’s ongoing introductions to his colleagues continue to cement her standing in the legal community. While earning her B.A. in English Literature at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Molly acted in and directed productions of Shakespeare. His poignant depictions of the human experience are reminiscent of today’s tragic estate battles. Molly’s commitment to resolving conflicts and careful tending to the sensitive and universal experience of death – terminal illness, loss, and grief – makes her a vital contributor to the essential and relationship-saving work of O’Grady Law Group
